About the Project
AI Doctor is a healthcare mobile application that connects users with doctors, laboratories, and pharmacies through a unified digital platform.
The app enables users to book appointments, request home visits, order medication from nearby pharmacies, and schedule lab tests — while providing doctors with a management dashboard to handle bookings, earnings, and requests efficiently.
The challenge
Designing a multi-service healthcare platform introduced several key challenges:
Integrating three different services (Doctors, Labs, Pharmacies) into one seamless experience
Reducing complexity while managing multiple booking and payment scenarios
Designing a location-based system for pharmacy and lab discovery
Handling different appointment types (clinic visit, home visit, phone consultation)
Creating a dual experience (User App + Doctor App) with clear role separation
Building trust in a sensitive domain like healthcare
Simplifying medical ordering and test booking flows
Balancing usability, clarity, and operational logic without overwhelming users was the core challenge.
The Solution
To solve this, I structured the experience around a clear service-based entry point:

Integrated a location-first approach for:

This reduces search friction and increases relevance.
4- Doctor-Side Experience
Designed a dedicated doctor dashboard where they can:
View incoming requests
Accept or reject bookings
Track upcoming & completed appointments
Monitor wallet balance
Withdraw earnings
Clear status indicators and simple financial overview improve usability.
